Just click 'Add to Cart' and you are on your way. No Paypal Account is required to complete purchase.

In the event we are assisting another client, please do leave your name and number and we will call you back the same day.
Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted over the phone or email.
We will send you a confirmatiom email after your order has been processed.
Delivery Times
Delivery will be within 2 - 3 weeks. It usually takes about 5 - 7 business days for production and then we account
for another 3 - 4 business days for shipping. In most cases, orders are out the door within 10 days (excluding Sunday),
or sooner. All orders ship FED EX Ground or Priority Mail 2-3 Days. Depending on merchandise shipping (multiple tutu's etc.).
If you need your princess package sooner, just call or email us and we will RUSH the order and apply any rush shipping charges
if needed. If you need your order processed that same day it is placed and to ship out the same day, a $10.00
in-house rush charge will be applied. This will help save you on the Rush delivery charges, however we need to expedite
in-house to make sure it gets out the door. You can now select RUSH delivery during check-out.
RUSH DELIVERY
If you require expedited shipping services, please email us after you have submitted your order with your NEED DATE.
We will return an accurate invoice to your email for Upgraded shipping. This will eliminate any hold up time with your order.
International Additonal Shipping Charges
If International, you may receive an invoice for additional shipping charges (based also on your zip code). We quote directly off the USPS
website or FED Ex International to give accurate pricing, duties fees may apply.
You will also receive an additional invoice sent to your email. Please look for these invoices to avoid delay in your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We will be glad to make an exchange for an
unused and undamaged item within ten (10) business days of your purchase.
We do not except tutu returns. Sorry, they are all custom made per your original order. Custom designed clothing is also
non-refundable. If you are just not 100% satisfied with your items, excluding tutu's and custom tee's, we will except your
return within the 10 day window. A 5% restock fee will be applied to your credit. This basically covers the processing
fee for the credit return. However, we do try our best to ensure that your package will meet and exceed your expectations.
The
package must be shipped prepaid and insured. Shipping and handling is
not refundable. Please do not return
merchandise without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. You must call 630-671-0151 to speak with our
Returns Department to get a number issued.
Cancel an order: This can only be done within 2 days (includes Sat. and Sunday) after placing the order. Since we make each tutu
per order, we usually start production within the first two days. If it is after the first two days, we simply charge a 20% processing
fee on the return. We try to meet the demands of all our clients and as soon as we get an order we have immediately slotted it into
production.
